Admissions
Admissions Process
The Open Christian University makes use of a rolling registration; i.e., students can enroll and complete their studies any time of the year.
If you have not already applied, first, review our admissions criteria and determine your eligibility. Once you have decided that you would like to enroll in an OCU program, you may start the application process by clicking the Apply Now button found at the top of any page on the university website.
Student enrollment happens in a few steps:
Explore available programs from our Christian OpenLearn platform and apply for a program that matches your interest.
You will be prompted to a page where you will need to pay your registration fee and create your student account.
To begin studying at Open Christian University, a student must enroll through the OCU website with their email.
You will receive a welcome email with login instructions and, that's it, you can now start studying.
The Director of Admissions will then contact you to establish your suitability for the course you have registered for. You will be asked to provide your credential documents.
Once your credentials are evaluated and a decision made on your admission status, an admission letter will then be offered to you along with your student number.
If you are not eligible for admission to the course for which you have applied, conditional admission may be granted with further instructions or a rejection letter if the admission team determines.
