The University maintains its administrative office in Kigali, Rwanda from where its founders operate. The Rwanda office is a collaborative office, located in the premises of Open Christian Ministries.
As an online and distance learning provider, OCU staff and faculty operate from their various countries. The OCU President and Executive-Chancellor are both based in Rwanda with constant support to the globally distributed OCU team.
